摘 要:目的:选择XX市孕妇为研究对象,测定食用盐碘含量及尿碘水平,评价碘营养情况,为科学补碘提供参考。方法:选择PPS人口抽样方法,按照东南西北中方位抽取、收集2022~2023年共200名孕妇数例,并采集相应孕妇的晨尿及家庭食用盐样。然后通过直接滴定法和砷铈催化分光光度法分别测定碘盐以及尿碘。结果:XX市盐覆盖率为97.5%,碘盐合格率为92.0%;孕妇尿碘中位数为156.1μg·L^(-1),尿碘适宜率为83.5%。结论:XX市需提高孕妇碘营养水平。Objective:Pregnant women in XX city were selected as research subjects to determine the iodine content of edible salt and urinary iodine level,and evaluate the iodine nutrition status,so as to provide reference for scientific iodine supplementation.Method:PPS population sampling method was used to collect 200 pregnant women from 2022 to 2023,and morning urine and household salt samples were collected.Then iodized salt and urine iodine were determined by direct titration and As-Ce catalytic spectrophotometry.Result:The salt coverage rate of XX city was 97.5%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 92.0%.The median urine iodine of pregnant women was 156.1 mg·kg^(-1),and the suitable rate of urine iodine was 83.5%.Conclusion:The iodine nutrition level of pregnant women should be improved in XX city.
