摘  要:高校辅导员与思政课教师协同育人是提升思想政治教育效果的应然之义和必然选择。以安徽省X市高校辅导员和思政课教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查和实地访谈,剖析辅导员和思政课教师协同育人的现实困境及影响因素,试图从政策供给、制度保障、平台构建、资源共享等维度提出应对策略,从而实现二者协同育人共振效应,达到同向同行的效果。The collaborative education of college advisors and ideological and political course teachers is the inherent meaning and inevitable choice to improve the effect of ideological and political education.Taking the advisors and ideological and political course teachers of universities in X city,Anhui Province as the research object,through questionnaire survey and field interviews,this paper analyzes the real dilemma and influencing factors of the collaborative education of advisors and ideological and political course teachers,and tries to propose coping strategies from the dimensions of policy supply,system guarantee,platform construction,and resource sharing,so as to achieve the resonance effect of their collaborative education and achieve the effect of moving in the same direction.
