高职院校深化产教融合、校企合作的对策研究——基于河北省的调研

摘　　要：通过对河北省高职院校开展产教融合、校企合作现状、意愿的问卷调查,发现开展产教融合、校企合作存在的主要问题是:校企合作政策难落地,校企双方的价值认同存在差异,学生的专业素养与企业需求有差异,产教融合、校企合作不够深入.要深化产教融合、校企合作,应不断完善配套制度措施,强化政策落实落细;加强合作机制创新,寻求多方价值认同;对接企业岗位需求,加强职业素质培养;发挥校企自身优势,实现产教融合发展.A quantitative study is done with a questionnaire about integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges in Hebei province.It is found that school-enterprise policies are hard to implement;the value identifications vary from college to college,and professional quality and requirements enterprises do not match.So,strategies are discussed for deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,that include strengthening of policy implementations,developing innovative mechanisms for cooperation,pursuing extensive value identifications,matchmaking of positions and requirements,reinforcing professional qualities,school-enterprise advantages.
