摘 要:目的通过研究基于PBL联合CBL的情景模拟教学在神经内科见习教学中的效果,进一步分析该教学方法推广的可能性,为其他临床科室见习带教提供参考。方法将2022年8月10日-2023年6月15日在某院神经内科见习的本科麻醉专业学生共78人,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组39人。两组分别采用传统的教学模式和基于PBL联合CBL的情景模拟教学法。在实习结束后比较两组的综合考核成绩及教学满意度。结果研究组中学生的理论成绩(82.41±5.03)较对照组(76.00±5.26)有明显提升(P<0.05),研究组中学生的实践技能考核成绩(78.08±6.01)高于对照组(73.46±4.52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时研究组学生对教学效果满意度(82.46±5.24),高于对照组(75.33±5.03),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PBL联合CBL的情景模拟教学通过问题解决、案例学习和实践模拟,培养学生的实践能力和自主学习能力,并加强师生之间的互动和协作,在神经内科见习教学中具有很大的应用潜力。Objectives By studying the effectiveness of scenario simulation teaching based on PBL and CBL in neurology internship teaching,the possibility of promoting this teaching method was further analyzed,and provided a reference for other clinical departments'internship teaching.Methods A total of 78 undergraduate anesthesia students who interned in the department of neurology at our hospital from August 10th,2022 to June 15th,2023 were randomly divided into control and research groups,with 39 students in each group.The two groups adopted traditional teaching mode and scenario simulation training based on PBL combined with CBL,respectively.After the internship,the comprehensive assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge in the research group(82.41±5.03)had significantly improved compared to the control group(76.00±5.26)(P<0.05).The scores of practical skills in the research group(78.08±6.01)were higher than that in the control group(73.46±4.52)(P<0.05).Furthermore,the scores of teaching satisfaction in the research group(82.46±5.24)were higher than those in the control group(75.33±5.03),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Scenario simulation teaching based on PBL and CBL cultivated students'practical and autonomous learning abilities through problem-solving,case learning,and practical simulation.Meanwhile,this teaching mode strengthened interaction and collaboration between teachers and students,and had great potential for application in neurology internship teaching.
