摘　　要：[目的]围绕技能型社会建设人才的需求,探索高职院校畜牧兽医专业技能人才的培养模式。[方法]以周口职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业为例,分析当前高职院校技能型人才培养面临的困境,结合本专业教学特点与人才培养的方向,深挖技能人才培养的方法,采取先进教育理念,进一步完善校企合作机制,共建校企协同双循环育人的新模式。[结果]通过对课程体系的深化改革与校企协同双循环人才培养模式的建立,实现了由理论教学向实践技能型教学的转化,破解了技能型社会建设中人才培养的瓶颈。[结论]高职院校畜牧兽医专业人才培养应瞄准技能型社会人才的要求,把课程标准与企业岗位标准进行精准对接,更有利于培育社会、企业高素质技能型人才。[Objectives]The model for training professionals in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in higher vocational colleges was proposed by focusing on the needs of building a skill-based society.[Methods]The animal husbandry and veterinary medicine major of Zhoukou Vocational and Technical College was used to analyze the challenges faced by the higher vocational colleges in training professionals.The methods of training skilled talents were mined by combining the teaching characteristics of major with the direction of training talents.A novel model of the collaborative dual-cycle education through colleges-enterprises partnerships was established by adopting advanced concepts of education and further improving the cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises.[Results]The shift from theory teaching to skill-oriented teaching was achieved and the bottleneck of training professionals in the building of a skill-oriented society was figured out through deepening the reform of the curriculum system and establishing the model of training professionals with the collaborative dual-cycle education through colleges-enterprises partnerships.[Conclusions]The training of professionals in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in higher vocational colleges should focus on the requirements of professionals in a skill-oriented society,and accurately align the curriculum standards with the job standards of enterprises,which is more conducive to training professionals with high-quality in society and enterprises.
