摘  要:教育数字化是我国教育发展的突破口,是教育普及化阶段的必然趋势,是教育创新的必由之路。数字时代对高层次人才提出了更多更新要求,与之相应的人才培养模式也需及时转型,以进一步提高学生的综合素养,实现高等教育的可持续发展。为此,加强守正创新,坚持为党育人、为国育才,聚焦人的全面发展,才能更好地迎接数字化时代教育教学面临的新挑战、新机遇。高等学校更要准确把握数字时代对人才素养要求的变化,客观看待从模拟时代到数字时代的教材、教具和教学方法的演变,实现从以教师教学为中心到以学生发展为中心的转变,实现从学科分离、分立走向多学科交叉融合的转变,实现从学习到学会的跃升,从而建设学习型社会和学习型大国,为建设教育强国添砖加瓦。The digitalization of education represents a pivotal development in China’s educational landscape,marking the path toward greater educational accessibility and fostering innovation.This shift brings forth new demands for high-level talent.Accordingly,the mode of talent cultivation must change to enhance students’overall quality and ensure the sustainable development of higher education.This requires a focus on integrity and innovation,a commitment to educating individuals for the betterment of society and the nation,and an emphasis on holistic development.These strategies will enable educators to effectively address the new challenges and opportunities presented by the digital age.Higher education institutions must accurately understand the changing competency requirements for talent in the digital age,objectively assess the evolution of teaching materials,aids,and methods from the analog to the digital era,promote a shift from teacher-centered to student-centered learning,and a transition from disciplinary boundaries to interdisciplinary integration.This will facilitate a transition from mere study to lifelong learning,fostering a society and country of learning and contributing to the advancement of education.
