摘 要:教育家精神是教师在教育实践活动中形成的一种精神特质,是教师通过“实践—认识—再实践—再认识”的循环往复过程,进而在对教育实践目的与意义不断反思和体悟基础上形成的教育境界。教育家精神是教师教育境界的理想追求,是教师理想人格与高尚道德的统一,是教师育人能力与职业态度的融合。习近平总书记提出的中国教育家精神是教育家精神中国化的产物,它涵盖了理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求六个方面,具有政治性、示范性、专业性、创造性、公共性、传道性等特质。教师教育家精神的养成需要强化国家层面的政策引领,营造尊师重教的浓厚氛围,加强教师个人的师德修养,注重教师群体的情感教育,着力建构教师的教育信仰。The spirit of educators is a spiritual trait formed by teachers in educational practice activities.It is a circular process of practice,understanding,re-practice and re-understanding and educational realm that teachers continue to reflect on and realize the purpose and significance of educational practice.The spirit is the ideal pursuit of teachers'educational realm,the unity of teachers'ideal personality and noble morality,and the integration of teachers'educational abilities and professional attitudes.The spirit of Chinese educators proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping is the product of the localization of the spirit of educators.It covers ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,wisdom of educating people,attitude of hard work,heart of benevolence,and profound pursuit and has the characteristics of politics,demonstration,professionalism,creativity,publicity,and evangelism.To cultivate the spirit,we need to strengthen policy guidance at the national level,create a strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,strengthen the moral cultivation of teachers,pay attention to emotional education of teachers,and strive to build teachers'educational belief.
