摘　　要：准确掌握新形势下高职园艺技术专业的人才需求情况,有利于高职院校有的放矢地制定紧跟行业发展需求的专业人才培养目标,从而解决当前学生能力素质与社会需求相脱节的问题,加强人才培养的有效性,对高职园艺技术专业的专业建设、学生就业,以及园艺产业的发展等都具有积极作用。调查园艺企业的人才需求现状,分析园艺产业的发展趋势和高职园艺技术专业人才岗位需求特征,提出高职园艺技术专业人才培养的建议。The development of the horticultural industry is closely related to the quality of talent cultivation in horticultural technology specialty in higher vocational colleges.Against the backdrop of the gradual implementation of the current rural revitalization strategy and the rapid development of China's horticultural industry,this article investigates the current situation of talent demand in horticultural enterprises,analyzes the development trend of the horticultural industry and the talent demand characteristics of horticultural technology professionals in higher vocational colleges.Based on this,suggestions have been put forward for the cultivation of horticultural technology professionals in higher vocational colleges.
