摘  要:中小学公民道德教育是中国澳门增强国家认同、凝聚民族认同和提升文化认同的关键,也是澳门地区融入国家发展大局的重要基础。澳门中小学公民道德教育经历了主权丧失期、回归过渡期、回归至今期三个历史阶段,其价值取向是正视历史与现实的症结点、平衡知识传授与行为规范的连接点、把握中华文化与世界文化的交融点。澳门中小学公民道德教育的实践路径是进一步明确教育目标定位、确立课程发展准则、满足基本学力要求、实施课程先导计划、加强教材开发规划,增强中小学生的家国情怀、民族认同和文化自信,促进他们在思想、文化和感情上实现真正回归,为增强青少年的国家认同和助推中国澳门融入国家发展大局奠定基础。Civic moral education is the key to enhancing national identity,condensing national identity and enhancing cultural identity in Macao,and is also an important basis for it to integrate into national development.The historical process of civic moral education in primary and secondary schools in Macao has experienced the period of loss of sovereignty,the transition period of return and the period of formal return.Its value orientation is to face the crux of history and reality,balance the connection point of knowledge imparting and behavior norm,and grasp the blending point of Chinese culture ard international culture.The practice path is to clarify the positioning of education objectivev establish curriculum development guideline,meet basic academic requirement.implement curriculum pilot plan,strengthen textbook development plan.enhance the feelings of family and country,national dentity and cultural confidence of primary and secondary school students,and promote their true return in ideology,culture and emotion,so as to lay the foundation for enhancing youth's national identity and promoting Macao's integration into national development.
