摘 要:为探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的灌肠术虚拟仿真项目在高职助产专业学生实训教学中的应用效果,选取鹤壁职业技术学院2023级高职助产专业学生43人为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用以岗位胜任力为导向的虚拟仿真项目进行灌肠术实训教学,对照组采用传统教学方法进行实训教学,分别于实训前后对两组进行理论测试,并于实训后对两组进行操作测试及教学满意度问卷调查。研究显示,相较于传统实训教学模式,以岗位胜任力为导向的灌肠术虚拟仿真实训教学模式对高职助产专业学生具有更大的应用和推广价值。To explore the application effect of the virtual simulation project of enema surgery guided by post competency in the practical training teaching of higher vocational collages midwifery students,43 higher vocational collages midwifery students in the 2023 level of Hebi Polytechnic were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group used a virtual simulation project guided by post competency for enema surgery practical training teaching,while the control group used traditional teaching methods for practical teaching,Conduct theoretical tests on both groups before and after practical training,and conduct operational tests and teaching satisfaction surveys on both groups after practical training.Research shows that compared to traditional training models,the virtual simulation training model of enema surgery guided by post competency has greater application and promotion value for higher vocational collages midwifery students.
