摘 要:光是影响茶树生长发育的重要气象因子,也是多种功能品质成分代谢的能量和信号源。光调控技术已经应用到茶树栽培和茶叶加工的生产实践中,并取得了较好效果。文章综述了光照在茶树生长发育、品质成分代谢和茶叶加工领域的研究现状,并对光调控技术在我国茶树栽培领域的应用前景及光照萎凋加工技术的应用进行了展望,以期为精准农业的发展提供理论支撑。Light is an important meteorological factor affecting the growth and development of tea plants,and is also an energy and signal source for the metabolism of various functional quality components.Light regulation has been applied in the production practice of cultivation and processing,and has achieved good results.The article reviewed the current research status of light regulation in the growth and development of tea plants,quality component metab-olism and tea processing.The application prospect of light regulation technology in the field of tea cultivation and the application of light withering processing technology were also prospected,in order to provide theoretical sup-port for the development of precision agriculture.
