摘 要:儿童呈现的“小”带给人以优美感的直接感官愉悦,使人爱慕;教师奉献的“爱”经理智反思带给人以崇高感的深刻愉悦,使人尊敬。将儿童视为审美对象,以儿童的优美作为师爱的感性经验来源,分析优美与崇高作为引起师爱的原因及其促进,在感性中探讨理性,导引师德向善。师爱的促进需要德行与美感的统一,即一种审美德性。在审美视野与逻辑力量下积极实践,以儿童之美辅以教师之德,同时结合必要的师德规范,运用教师的理性回应师爱的道德情感,弥补教师通过愉悦所获得的对儿童感性认识的不足,在优美的形式与崇高的内涵中更好地践行师爱。The "little kids" presented by children give people a beautiful and direct sensory pleasure,which is worthy of admiration;the "love" offered by teachers,through rational reflection,brings profound pleasure and respect to people with a sense of sublimity.It is suggested to view children as aesthetic objects,use their beauty as the emotional source of teachers′ love,analyze the reasons and promotion of beauty and sublimity as the cause of teachers′ love,and guide teachers′ ethics towards goodness.The promotion of teachers′ love requires the unity of virtue and beauty,which is an aesthetic virtue.It requires an active practice from the aesthetic perspective and with a logical power,with a combination of the beauty of children and the virtue of teacher,as well as necessary ethical norms,using teachers′ rationality to respond to the moral emotions of teachers′ love,compensating for the lack of emotional understanding of children obtained through pleasure,and better practicing teachers′ love in beautiful forms and noble connotations.
