摘  要:网络技术的快速发展,为大学生的学习提供极大便利,也提升了高校电信诈骗出现的概率,部分缺乏分辨能力的大学生成为电信诈骗的受害者。诈骗分子会通过兼职刷单、伪装亲朋、网络交友等众多方式对大学生实施诈骗,不仅给大学生财产安全带来极大威胁,也会引发严重的精神伤害。因此,思政工作视域下,各高校都需加强电信诈骗事件应对教学,确保全体学生都提升安全防范意识,最大限度规避电信诈骗事件带来的危害。The rapid development of network technology has provided great convenience for college students,and it has also increased the probability of telecommunications fraud in colleges and universities.Some college students who lack the ability to distinguish have become victims of telecommunications fraud.Fraudsters commit fraud on college students through part-time swiping orders,pretending to be relatives and friends,online dating,etc.,which not only poses a great threat to the safety of college students’property,but also causes serious mental harm.Therefore,from the perspective of ideological and political work,colleges and universities need to strengthen the response and teaching of telecommunications fraud to ensure that the students have improved their awareness of security and prevention,and to minimize the harm caused by telecommunications fraud.Therefore,this article summarized the characteristics of telecommunications fraud in colleges and universities,pointed out the shortcomings in the teaching of telecommunications fraud in colleges and universities under the perspective of ideological and political work,and proposed some teaching strategies to deal with telecommunications fraud.
