摘 要:体育与健康课程学习评价是确保体育与健康课程改革落到实处的关键举措和重要保障。《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》研制了学业质量标准,为义务教育体育与健康课程学习评价改革提供了依据。在系统分析基于学业质量的体育与健康课程学习评价的内涵和应然价值取向的基础上,以评价三角理论为理论基础,构建了认知、观察、解读、运用“四位一体”的体育与健康课程学习评价实践框架,其中学业质量标准是认知框架设计的依据,学习评价指标体系是学习评价的具体内容,而基于证据推理的过程模型是体育与健康课程学习评价的基本范式。The learning evaluation of physical education and health courses is a key measure and important guarantee to ensure the implementation of curriculum reform.The Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)has developed academic quality standards,which provide a basis for the reform of the evaluation of the learning of physical and health curriculum in compulsory education.Based on a systematic analysis of the connotation and normative value orientation of the learning evaluation of physical education and health course based on academic quality,with the evaluation triangle theory as the theoretical basis,a practical framework for learning evaluation of physical education and health curriculum is constructed that integrates cognition,observation,interpretation and application.The academic quality standard is the basis for designing the cognition framework,the learning evaluation index system is the specific content of the evaluation,and the evidence-based reasoning process model is the basic paradigm for the learning evaluation of the physical education and health curriculum.
