例谈高校大类招生现状及学生管理工作研究

摘　　要：高校大类招生是每年高校招生工作中的重要环节,对于学校的发展和学生的成长具有重要意义。而学生管理工作的研究则是为了更好地了解和应对学生在校期间面临的各种问题,促进学生全面发展。因而研究高校大类招生现状及学生管理工作具有重要意义。对此,通过阐述高校大类招生的模式及其特点,分析研究学生管理工作在大类招生中的新要求,在此基础上探索学生管理工作在大类招生中的实践策略,以期为高校招生工作和学生管理工作的进一步改进提供理论和实践支持。The enrollment of major categories in universities is an important part of the annual enrollment work,which is of great significance for the development of schools and the growth of students.The research on student management is aimed at better understanding and responding to various problems faced by students during their school years,and pro⁃moting their comprehensive development.Therefore,studying the current situation of college enrollment and student management is of great significance.In this regard,by elaborating on the mode and characteristics of university enroll⁃ment,analyzing and studying the new requirements of student management work in enrollment,and based on this,ex⁃ploring the practical strategies of student management work in enrollment,in order to provide theoretical and practical support for further improvement of university enrollment work and student management work.
