“外敷内调”构建中医药高职院校创新创业竞赛项目培育体系--以四川中医药高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：创新创业竞赛项目培育是高校创新创业教育的重要组成部分。中医药高职院校由于中医药项目技术创新难、学校创新创业教育体系不成熟、课程专业化程度高、学生创业活力不足等多方面的因素,在创新创业竞赛项目培育和指导上面临困境。基于上述问题,在调研了全国9所中医药高职院校后,本文以四川中医药高等专科学校为例,“外敷内调”即对外校企政协同发展,对内改善创新创业生态环境,探索和构建适合中医药高职院校的创新创业竞赛项目培育体系。The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship competition projects is an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.Higher vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine are faced with difficulties in the cultivation and guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship competition projects due to the difficulties in the innovation of TCM technology,the immaturity of the school innovation and entrepreneurship education system,the high degree of specialization of the curriculum,the lack of entrepreneurial vitality of students and other factors.Based on the problems above,after the investigation of 9 vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine,taking Sichuan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper explores and practices the cultivation system of innovation and entrepreneurship competition projects suitable for TCM vocational colleges through the way of"External and Internal Integration",in which"External"means school,enterprises and government develop together and"Internal"means school improves the ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.
