摘 要:建立导向明确的高职院校教师职称评审制度是促进教师队伍高质量发展的迫切需要和现实诉求。在《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》指引下,国家“双高”院校纷纷结合本校情况出台各自的职称评审制度,对推动评价制度改革、客观评价教师业绩、调动教师工作干劲起到积极作用。本研究对苏锡常3所国家“双高”院校教师评审制度建构情况进行梳理,对3所“双高”院校助教、讲师、副教授、教授资格条件的指标要求进行归纳比较,从而得出制定和修订相关职称评审文件时的经验启示,可为构建符合教师长远发展需求的高职院校教师职称评审制度提供参考。Establishing a clearly oriented system for evaluating the professional titles of teachers in higher vocational colleges is an urgent need and practical demand to promote the high-quality development of the teaching staff.Under the guidance of the“Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era”,national“double-high”universities have introduced their own professional title evaluation systems based on their own situation,which has played a positive role in promoting the reform of the evaluation system,objectively evaluating teacher performance,and mobilizing teacher work enthusiasm.This article sorts out the construction of professional title evaluation systems in three national“double-high”higher vocational colleges in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou,summarizes and compares the qualification indicators requirements of teaching assistants,lecturers,associate professors,and professors in the three“double-high”higher vocational colleges,and proposes experience and inspiration when formulating and revising relevant professional title evaluation documents.This can provide reference for building a teacher’s professional title evaluation system in higher vocational colleges that meets the long-term development needs of teachers.
