摘 要:目的:为夯实八年制医学生临床实践能力,某高校附属三级甲等教学医院探索开展临床医学八年制临床能力培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接,进行了培养模式的创新实践。方法:按照第一年住院医师规范化培训标准,对临床医学八年制后阶段学生进行为期一年的临床轮转培训,并采取住院医师规范化、标准化、同质化的培训管理。结论:八年制医学教育的后阶段培养以本科学历为起点,与住院医师规范化培训衔接保证其专业学位培养的主要方向,与住院医师规范化培训同质化管理保证临床轮转和临床岗位胜任力的质量,医学生毕业后有利于有效衔接住院医师规范化培训和临床博士后项目。Objective:To strengthen the clinical practical ability of eight-year medical students,a tertiary teaching hospital affiliated with a university explored the innovative practice of integrating the cultivation of clinical competence in the later stage of an eight-year clinical medical program with standardized training for resident physicians.Methods:Following the standards of standardized training for first-year resident physicians,students in the later stage of the eight-year clinical medical program underwent one year of clinical rotation training,with training management characterized by standardized and homogeneous management of resident physicians.Conclusion:The later stage of eight-year medical education,starting from undergraduate education,is integrated with standardized training for resident physicians to ensure the main direction of professional degree education,while standardized management ensures the quality of clinical rotation and competence in clinical positions.This approach facilitates effective connection between standardized training for resident physicians and clinical postdoctoral programs for medical graduates.
