“对分课堂”教学模式在高校公共行政学课程中的应用刍探

摘  要:对分课堂教学模式是指将传统课堂一分为二,前半段由教师讲解,后半段为学生自主学习,有利于促进学生的交流和互动,实现知识的共同构建和深度思考,提高学生的自主学习能力。在高校公共行政学课程中应用对分课堂教学模式,应遵循自主性、开放性原则,并引导学生利用微课进行预习,融入丰富的课堂教学案例,鼓励学生开展小组合作学习,开展班级讨论会,更新评价方法,从而实现知识的高效传授、能力的有效提高。The split classroom teaching model refers to dividing the traditional classroom into two parts,with the first half explained by the teacher and the second half for students to learn independently.It is conducive to promoting student communication and interaction,achieving the common construction of knowledge and deep thinking,and improving students'self-learning ability.The application of split classroom teaching mode in public administration courses in universities should follow the principles of autonomy and openness,and use micro lessons for preview,integrating rich classroom teaching cases,encouraging student group cooperative learning,conducting class discussions,updating teaching evaluation methods,and achieving efficient knowledge transmission and effective improvement of abilities.
