红医文化融入高职医药卫生人才育人路径探赜

摘　　要：红医文化作为中国共产党的先进文化,为新时期高职医药卫生人才培养提供了价值引领和行动指南,高度契合高职医药卫生人才培养寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养的理念。通过实践研究将红医文化融入课程教育、班级建设、校园文化建设,是落实以德育人,坚定医学生理想信念,加强医学生职业道德教育,引导学生弘扬社会主义核心价值观,助力构建和谐的医患关系,锻造具有“政治坚定、技术优良、无私奉献、救死扶伤、艰苦奋斗、勇于开创”红医特质的新时代医药卫生事业接班人的有效路径。As the advanced culture of the CPC,the red medicine culture provides value guidance and action guidance for the training of medical and health talents in higher vocational colleges in the new era,and highly conforms to the concept of value guidance in knowledge teaching and ability training in the training of medical and health talents in higher vocational colleges.Integrating the culture of red medicine into curriculum education,class construction,and campus culture through practical research is an effective path to implement moral education,strengthen the ideal beliefs of medical students,strengthen professional ethics education for medical students,guide students to promote socialist core values,help build harmonious doctor-patient relationships,and forge successors of the new era's medical and health industry with the characteristics of"political firmness,excellent technology,selless dedication,saving lives and helping the injured,hard work,and courage to create"red medicine.
