“成长导向”与初中体育教学改革刍议

摘  要:“成长导向”是尊重人才成长规律的根本要求和集中体现,初中体育教学坚持“成长导向”,是破解威胁学生身心健康的基础教育内卷这一时代难题的观念基础。为此,教育者需要更新体育理念,归还体育本体地位;学习者需要体验成长过程,回应自身成长需要;而在更为具体的实践层面,则需要从初中体育教学的内容、空间、形式和制度建设上发力。"Growth orientation"is the fundamental requirement and concentrated embodiment of respecting the laws of talent growth.Junior middle school physical education teaching adheres to"growth orientation",which is the conceptual basis for solving the problem of internal competition in basic education that threatens students'physical and mental health in this era.To this end,educators need to update their sports concepts and return the status of sports as its essence;Learners need to experience the growth process and respond to their own growth needs;at a more specific practical level,efforts need to be made in the content,space,form,and institutional construction ofjunior middle school physical education teaching.
