摘  要:2022年,联合国教科文组织发布了《全球成人学习与教育报告(五)》,重点讨论了全球公民教育的发展愿景。该报告在肯定公民教育价值的基础上,擘画了全球公民教育发展的主要趋势:塑造符合时代发展的公民身份;培养具有可持续发展能力的公民;提供多样化的教育内容;提供长周期、多途径的教育形式,并剖析了公民教育在目的、内容、对象等方面所面临的严峻挑战。据此,建议从弥合公民身份与社会规则间的差异、提高扫盲教育的社会价值、提高弱势群体的参与度等方面做出调整,切实推进全球公民教育发展愿景的实现。In 2022,UNESCO released the“Global Report on Adult Learning and Education(V)”,which focuses on the development vision of global citizenship education.On the basis of affirming the value of citizenship education,this report draws the main trends of the development of global citizenship education:shaping citizenship in line with the development of the times,cultivating citizens with sustainable development capabilities,providing diversified education content,providing long-term and multi-channel education forms.It also analyzes the severe challenges faced by citizenship education in terms of purpose,content and object.Therefore,it is suggested to make adjustments from the aspects of bridging the difference between citizenship and social rules,improving the social value of literacy education,and increasing the participation of vulnerable groups,so as to effectively promote the realization of the development vision of global citizenship education.
