摘　　要：草鱼鱼鳞是鱼加工的下脚料,通常被当作废料丢弃。本实验以拓宽实验材料的选择性、节约成本、易操作、废弃物资源化为出发点,探索草鱼鱼鳞在实验“检测生物组织中的脂肪和蛋白质”的应用,结果表明用草鱼鱼鳞进行脂肪与蛋白质的检测实验,效果明显且容易操作,同时一物两用也让学生体会到生物组织中的化合物种类是多种多样的。The scales of grass carp are the leftover material of fish processing and are usually discarded as waste.This experiment aims to explore the use of grass carp scales in the experiment of“detecting fat and protein in biological tissue”while broadening the choices of experimental materials,saving costs,facilitating operations,and recycling waste.The results show that using grass carp scales for the detection of fat and protein is effective and easy to operate.At the same time,using one thing for double purposes also enables students to realize that the types of compounds in biological tissue are diverse.
