摘　　要：依据工业工程的教学思想及目标,将理论知识与生产管理实践紧密联系,建立具有分析功能的生产线模拟实验平台。为提高生产线的生产效率,采用基础工业工程的主要分析管理方法,提出对生产线进行生产流程管理的实验设计方案,旨在培养学生理论联系实际的能力,为工业工程专业教育提供参考。According to the teaching ideas and objectives of industrial engineering,the theoretical knowledge is closely linked with the production management practice,and a production line simulation experimental platform with analytical functions is established.The main analysis and management methods of basic industrial engineering are used to improve the efficiency of the production line,and the experimental scheme for the production process management of the experimental production line is proposed.It aims to train students'ability to link theory with practice and provide reference for professional education.
