基于数据驱动的高校网络课程教学团队建设研究——以湖北开放大学网络课程教学团队为例

摘  要:在大数据时代,构建基于数据驱动的开放大学网络课程教学团队是提高开放教育教学质量的有效策略。以湖北开放大学网络课程教学团队为例,通过实证研究,探索基于数据驱动的团队教学运行路径,分析学生的学习需求,设计课程的教学资源,提供个性化的教学服务,促进教师改进教学策略。实践结果显示:将数据驱动融入课程教学团队的教学全过程,学生的学习参与度、考试通过率、平均考试成绩以及学习成就感等四个方面均有显著的提高,并且将数据驱动融入教学过程还具有个性化定制教学计划、精细化诊断与干预学习问题、实时反馈与调整教学策略、持续改进与优化教学进程、促进学生自主学习等优势。In the era of big data,constructing teaching teams driven by data has emerged as an effective strategy to enhance the quality of open education.Drawing from empirical research centered on the network course teaching team at Hubei Open University,this study elucidates a systematic pathway informed by data analysis.This pathway encompasses various stages,including the assessment of students'learning needs,the design of course materials,the delivery of personalized teaching services,and the enhancement of teaching strategies among educators.The empirical findings underscore substantial improvements across multiple fronts,including heightened student engagement,increased exam pass rates,elevated average exam scores,and enhanced satisfaction with learning outcomes.These improvements are attributed to the seamless integration of data-driven methodologies throughout the course team teaching process.Moreover,this approach offers distinct advantages such as tailored teaching customization,precise diagnosis and intervention,real-time feedback and adjustment mechanisms,ongoing refinement and optimization,and the cultivation of student autonomy in learning pursuits.
