缺陷式病案导入结合临床技能培养为导向的教学模式在中医护理学专业课程的应用

摘  要:目的分析缺陷式病案导入结合以临床技能培养为导向的教学模式在中医护理学专业教学中的作用。方法纳入2020年9月—2022年6月的中医护理学专业硕士研究生80名,根据教学方式分为两组,各40名。对照组接受以临床技能培养为导向的教学模式,观察组在对照组基础上接受结合缺陷式病案导入的教学模式,对比两组中医辨证施护能力、综合能力、教学质量和教学成绩。结果观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缺陷式病案导入结合以临床技能培养为导向的教学模式,可提高中医辨证施护能力、综合能力,也可保障教学质量,促进教学成绩的提升。Objective To analyze the role of defective disease record introduction combined with clinical skill orientation in the teach-ing of TCM nursing major.Methods Eighty postgraduate students in TCM nursing were studied from September 2020 to June 2022 and grouped according to teaching methods.The control group of 40 students received the teaching mode oriented by clinical skills training,and the observation group of 40 students received the teaching mode oriented by clinical skills training combined with the in-troduction of defect disease records.TCM syndrome differentiation,nursing ability,comprehensive ability,teaching quality and teach-ing performance between the two groups was compared.Results All the scores of the observed group were higher than that of the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined introduction of defective disease records and the teaching mode oriented by clinical skills training can improve the TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing ability and comprehensive ability,guarantee the teaching quality,and promote the improvement of teaching performance.
