摘　　要：执业医师技能考试是医学院校人才培养的重要标准和鲜明导向。文章系统分析我国执业医师考试发展历程,深入剖析当前中医药临床技能教学方面所面临的形势以及存在的问题,并以山西中医药大学为例,有针对性地提出了解决问题的路径和方法,使临床技能教学贯穿人才培养的全过程,为学生成长为合格的执业医师奠定了坚实的基础。The skills examination of licensed physicians is an important standard and clear guidance for the training of medical talents in medical colleges.This paper systematically analyzed the development process of the licensed physicians examination in China,deeply analyzed the current situation and existing problems in the teaching of clinical skills of traditional Chinese medicine.Taking Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example,it put forward the path and methods to solve the problem,so that clinical skills teaching can run through the whole process and all aspects of talent training.It has laid a solid foundation for students to grow into qualified medical practitioners.
