摘　　要：文化自信是一个国家和民族的立身之本,优秀传统文化是中华民族的“根”与“魂”。推动传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展,是传承和弘扬传统文化的关键所在,是培养德技并修的复合型高素质技术技能人才的重要环节。新时代职业教育文化育人,要坚持社会主义先进文化方向,以传统文化“溯根源”,积极探索传统文化育人创新转化路径,将传统文化转化为新时代职业院校教育教学改革的内生动力,助推职业院校在文化强国战略任务上贡献智慧与力量。Cultural confidence is the foundation of a country and a nation.Excellent traditional culture is the root and soul of the Chinese nation.To promote the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture is the key to inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture.It is also an important link to train the composite high-quality technical skilled talents with morality and skills.Cultural education of vocational education in the new era should adhere to the direction of socialist advanced culture,trace the roots of traditional culture,actively explore the path of innovation and transformation of traditional culture education,transform traditional culture into the internal driving force of education and teaching reform of vocational colleges in the new era,and promote vocational colleges to contribute wisdom and strength to the strategic task of building up the strength of the nation through cultural development.
