摘  要:非学历继续教育要始终坚持中国特色社会主义办学方向,遵循其发展规律,结合新时代高校自身特色专业,建设成人才培养、服务社会的阵地。我国非学历继续教育还处于起步阶段,发展中仍然存在很多问题。为此,我们应秉持终身学习理念,精准把握办学定位,更好地实现人才培养目标,提高教育教学质量。Non-academic continuing education should always adhere to the school-running direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,follow its development law,combine with the characteristic specialties of colleges and universities in the new era,and build a position for talent training and serving society.China’s non-academic continuing education is still in its infancy,and there are still many problems in its development.Therefore,we should uphold the concept of lifelong learning,accurately grasp the positioning of school running,better achieve the goal of talent training,and improve the quality of education and teaching.
