摘  要:创新创业大赛是创新创业教育改革实践的重要平台,参赛项目培育是创新创业大赛的基石。针对高职院校创新创业大赛项目培育存在的问题,结合大赛组织管理工作实际,提出了依托优势学科深挖重大成果项目、依托地域民族特点开发培育非遗文化项目、构建参赛项目库、建立参赛项目开发与培育机制、加大双创经费投入和加强教师培训、组建多元结构化的项目师生团队等对策建议,以期为高职院校创新创业项目孵化、科学备赛提供有益借鉴。Innovation and entrepreneurship competition is an important platform for the practice of reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the cultivation of participating projects is the cornerstone of innovation and entrepreneurship competition.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship competition projects in higher vocational colleges,combined with the actual situation of the organization and management of the competition,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:relying on the advantageous subjects to dig deep into major achievements,relying on the characteristics of regional ethnic groups to develop and cultivate intangible cultural heritage projects,building a database of participating projects,establishing a mechanism for the development and cultivation of participating projects,increasing the investment in innovation and entrepreneurship funds,strengthening teacher training,and forming a multi-structured project teacher-student team,which provides useful reference for the incubation and scientific preparation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects in higher vocational colleges.
