摘 要:教师本位的教师专业发展是把教师放在发展的主体地位,通过了解教师的特性,重视其在发展中的本体价值和自主学习能力,尊重其自我发展与自我实现的需要,充分调动教师在发展中的积极性和主动性。教师专业发展以教师为本位,激发教师的自我发展意识,满足其自我实现的需要,使他们的专业发展从“外部要求”转向“内在需要”,从而促进学生发展,提高教育质量。Teacher-based teachers'professional development is to put teachers in the main position of development.By understanding their characteristics attach importance to their ontological value and independent learning ability in development,respect the needs of their self-development and self-realization,and fully mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative in development.Teachers'professional development is based on teachers,stimulates their self-development awareness,satisfies the needs of their self-realization,and turns their professional development from"external requirements"to"internal needs",so as to promote students"development and improve the education quality.
