摘 要:目的探讨多模式教学法联合可视化教学技术在临床医学三年制学生麻醉学教学中的应用效果。方法选择在首都医科大学延庆教学医院麻醉科学习的两届临床医学三年制学生(2020级及2022级)共55人为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为传统教学组和多模式教学组。传统教学组采用传统教学方法,共28人,多模式教学组采用翻转课堂和CBL教学法联合可视化教学技术的教学模式,共27人。教学结束后比较两组学生的理论测试成绩以及教学效果问卷调查内容。结果多模式教学组学生理论测试成绩高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学效果问卷调查显示:在激发学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力、教学手段加深知识的理解、培养学生的沟通能力、教学方法值得推广等方面,多模式教学组均优于传统教学组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多模式教学组学生对教学内容的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论将多模式教学法联合可视化教学技术应用于临床医学三年制学生麻醉学教学中,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的自主学习能力、沟通能力,加深学生对专业知识的理解,提高学生对教学内容的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of multi-mode teaching method combined with visualization teaching technology in anesthesiology for three-year clinical medical students.Method A total of 55 three-year clinical medical students(grade 2020 and grade 2022)who studied in the Department of Anesthesiology at Yanqing Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups:traditional teaching group and multi-mode teaching group.The traditional teaching group adopts traditional teaching methods,with a total of 28 students,while the multi-mode teaching group adopts flipped classroom and CBL teaching method combined with visualization teaching technology,with a total of 27 students.Compare the theoretical test scores and teaching effectiveness questionnaire survey content of two groups students after teaching.Results The theoretical test scores of students in the multi-mode teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the questionnaire survey on teaching effectiveness shows that in terms of stimulating learning interest,improving self-learning ability,deepening knowledge understanding through teaching methods,cultivating students'communication skills,and promoting teaching methods,the multi-mode teaching group is superior to the traditional teaching group,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);students in the multi-mode teaching group showed higher satisfaction with the teaching content(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-mode teaching method combined with visualization teaching technology in anesthesiology for three-year clinical medical students,can stimulate their learning interest,improve their self-learning and communication abilities,deepen their understanding of professional knowledge,and improve their satisfaction with the teaching content,it is worth further promoting.
