血液透析中心实习护生临床带教过程中实施过程取向—指导式探究教学的效果分析

摘  要:目的分析血液透析中心实习护生临床带教过程中实施过程取向-指导式探究(POGIL)教学的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年6月德阳市人民医院血液透析中心实习护生72名,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各36名。对照组实施常规带教,观察组在对照组基础上实施POGIL教学法,比较两组出科时自主学习能力、出科考核成绩及教学满意度。结果出科时,观察组自主学习能力各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。出科时,观察组出科理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩较对照组均更高(P<0.05)。出科时,观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析中心实习护生临床带教过程中采用POGIL教学有助于改善其自主学习能力、出科考核成绩及教学满意度,具有较高应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of POCIL teaching in the clinical teaching process of nursing students in hemodialysis center.Methods A total of 72 nursing interns in hemodialysis center of Deyang City People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 36 in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine teaching,and the observation group was given POGIL teaching on the basis of the control group.The independent learning ability,exam results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores and total scores of independent learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of POGIL in clinical teaching of nursing students in hemodialysis centers can help improve their self-learning ability,exam performance and teaching satisfaction,and has high application value.
