摘  要:新时期健康中国战略对医学人才培养有了更高要求,已成为医学本科教育改革的重要课题。然而,各个医学院之间的教育理念和培养模式参差不齐,导致了医学本科生的培养质量存在较大差异性。引导发现式学习作为一种以学生认知为核心内容,引导学生发现问题、解决问题、总结经验的自主学习模式,已受到各国教育界的广泛重视。从引导发现式学习的教育背景出发,通过早期构建理工医与人文交叉融合的医学基础教育、多举措践行临床与基础学科早融合、引导学生树立正确的全面发展观,并能为本科生毕业后更好的接合医学继续教育打下良好的学习基础,从而打造出具有国际视野、开拓精神和创新能力、德才兼备的医学领军人才。因此,引导发现式学习应成为医学本科教育改革的一个重要培养模式。The strategy of Healthy China in the new era has higher requirements for training medical talents.It has become an important topic in the reform of medical undergraduate education.However,the educational concept and training mode of various medical universities are different,which leads to a great difference in the qualities of medical undergraduates'training.Guided discovery learning,as an autonomous learning mode with students'cognition as the core content,can guide students to discover,solve and summarize their experiences,and has been widely valued by education circles in various countries.Starting from the educational background of guided discovery learning,medical universities cultivate leading medical talents with international vision,pioneering spirit,innovative ability and integrity by early construction of medical basic education with cross-integration of science,technology,medicine and humanities,practice of early integration of clinical and basic disciplines with multiple measures,construct a good learning foundation for undergraduates to better engage in continuing medical education after graduation,so as to guide students to establish a correct and comprehensive outlook on development.Therefore,guided discovery learning should be an important cultivating mode for medical undergraduate education reform.
