摘　　要：目的 探讨自主教学模式在伤口造口培训小组中应用的效果。方法 选取2019年10月—2022年10月参与广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院结直肠肛门外科伤口造口专科培训的29名学员作为研究对象。根据培训时间分为常规组(15名)和观察组(14名)。常规组的培训方式采用传统教学模式,培训时间为2019年10月—2020年10月;观察组的培训方式则采用自主教学模式,培训时间为2021年10月—2022年10月。比较2组学员在理论考核成绩、临床实践考核成绩、幻灯片制作及授课能力、综述书写自评以及他评评分和教学满意度等方面的差异。结果 观察组学员的理论考核成绩及临床实践考核成绩[(97.82±2.13)分、(96.74±3.11)分]均高于常规组[(88.71±2.08)分、(86.76±2.81)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。观察组学员在幻灯片制作和授课能力方面的自评和他评评分也高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组学员对教学满意度100%,高于常规组76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在伤口造口培训小组中实施自主教学模式可以提升学员的专业水平和实践能力,同时获得更高的教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the self-directed teaching model in a wound ostomy training group.Methods A total of 29 trainees who participated in a wound ostomy training hold by the department of colorectal&anal surgery,Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Based on the time period,15 trainees were assigned to the control group,while 14 trainees were assigned to the observation group.The control group received traditional teaching methods from October 2019 to October 2020,while the observation group received the self-directed teaching model from October 2021 to October 2022.The theoretical assessment scores,clinical practice assessment scores,powerpoint presentation and teaching abilities,self-evaluation and peer evaluation of summary writing,and teaching satisfaction was evaluated by comparing the differences between the two groups.Results The observation group showed higher scores[(97.82±2.13)scores and(96.74±3.11)scores]in theoretical assessment and clinical practice assessment compared to the control group[(88.71±2.08)scores and(86.76±2.81)scores],with statistically significant differences between them(P<0.001).The observation group had significantly higher self-evaluation and peer evaluation scores in PowerPoint presentation and teaching abilities compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences between them(P<0.05).The trainees in the observation group demonstrated higher teaching satisfaction(100%)than those in the control group(76.92%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the self-directed teaching model in a wound ostomy training group can enhance the professional level and practical abilities of trainees.The empirical results provide support for the effectiveness of the self-directed teaching model.
