在泌尿外科住院医师临床教学中开展患者隐私保护教育的探索

摘　　要：目的探讨在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中增加患者隐私保护教育。方法对2022年7月至2023年6月期间轮转至上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院泌尿外科专业基地住院医师30人,采用现场带教和典型案例分析方法进行患者隐私保护教育,比较教学前后住院医师患者隐私保护行为测试评分。随机选取培训前一年度和培训当年度泌尿外科门诊和病房各100名患者,进行隐私保护满意度调查。结果经过患者隐私保护教育,住院医师的患者隐私保护行为测试培训后总分较培训前得分[(23.57±1.01)分比(18.77±1.81)分]有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。开展患者隐私保护培训后,泌尿外科患者对门诊和病房的隐私保护满意度评分较开展培训前有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在泌尿外科临床教学中,对住院医师开展患者隐私保护教育,可以改善住院医师患者隐私保护行为,并提高患者对泌尿外科门诊和病房的隐私保护满意度。Objective To study the effects of adding the content of patient privacy protection to training residents in the clinical teaching of urology.Methods From July 2022 to June 2023,30 surgical residents,working at Urology Department of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,received patient privacy protection training by on-site teaching and typical case analysis.And the scores of patient privacy protection behaviors of residents were also compared before and after the training.100 patients were randomly selected in the urological outpatient department and ward both in the year before and in the year during the training,to conduct a satisfaction survey about privacy protection.Results After implementation of the training,the scores of patient privacy protection behavior test of residents were significantly improved compared with those before the training[(23.57±1.01)vs(18.77±1.81),P<0.01].Moreover,the privacy protection satisfaction scores of patients from our urologic outpatient and ward were raised significantly following the training(P<0.01).Conclusion In the clinical education of urology,the training of patient privacy protection for residents can improve their privacy protection behavior and boost patient satisfaction with privacy protection in the urologic outpatient and ward.
