摘 要:目的探索基于迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)在住院药师门诊药房中前置审核的应用与探索。方法选取2017年5月至2023年5月在首都医科大学宣武医院药学部门诊药房参加规范化培训的住院药师30名为研究对象,并填写知情同意书。应用Mini-CEX评估考核量表对住院药师的前置审核系统使用能力进行评价打分,并由带教老师和住院药师对考核的满意度进行相互打分。结果每名住院药师经过两次考核,对比考核分数,第2次比第1次的各项评分均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),教师和住院药师第2次考核的互评满意度平均分高于第1次考核互评满意度平均分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在前置审核系统中运用Mini-CEX法对住院药师审核处方能力提升显著,效果明显,值得推广。Objective This study aimed to investigate the application and effectiveness of the mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in the pre-approval process of inpatient pharmacists in outpatient pharmacies.Methods A total of 30 inpatient pharmacists participating in standardized training in the outpatient pharmacy of the Department of Pharmacy at Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University,from May 2017 to May 2023,were selected.The Mini-CEX assessment scale was utilized to evaluate and score the inpatient pharmacists'proficiency in using the pre-approval system.Satisfaction with the assessment was reciprocally scored by both teachers and inpatient pharmacists.Results Following two rounds of assessments for each inpatient pharmacist,a comparative analysis of the scores revealed a significant improvement in each evaluation criterion during the second assessment compared with the initial assessment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction levels of both teachers and inpatient pharmacists in the second assessment surpassed those in the first assessment,exhibiting statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the Mini-CEX assessment method in the pre-approval system markedly enhances the prescription review proficiency of inpatient pharmacists,demonstrating a notable and substantial effect that warrants wider implementation.
