摘 要:采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟压路机振动压实过程,研究不同碾压方式、碾压组合、松铺厚度D和压路机碾压速度V下路基土的动力响应与压实度变化规律。结果表明:不同碾压方式下最大竖向应力(S_(33))_(max)和竖向位移(U_(3))_(max)大小顺序为强振>弱振>静压,(S_(33))_(max)随碾压遍数N增加保持不变,而(U_(3))_(max)和压实度K在N=1时急剧增加;碾压组合对不同碾压方式下路基土体积应力p影响极小,碾压组合中碾压方式排列次序对路基土竖向位移U_(3)变化影响较大;组合1下不同松铺厚度的路基土竖向位移百分比P、压实度K值均大于碾压组合2,不同组合下D=40 cm时P、K值均为最大;在确定的松铺厚度下,碾压组合与碾压速度对P、K具有显著影响,碾压速度较小时P、K更大,但组合1条件下P、K关于碾压速度的差异较组合2显著。ABAQUS software was applied to simulate vibration compaction process of the roller.The dynamic response and variation of compaction degree were studied under various rolling mode,rolling combination,loose paving thickness D and velocity of roller V.The result shows that the order of the maximum vertical stress(S33)max and the vertical displacement(U_(3))_(max)under different rolling methods is that strong vibration>weak vibration>static compaction,and(S_(33))_(max)remains unchanged with increase of rolling number N while(U_(3))_(max)and K increase rapidly when N=1.The rolling combination has little effect on the volumetric stress p of subgrade soil under different rolling modes.It has remarkable on vertical displacement U_(3)of subgrade soil.The vertical displacement percentage P and the compactmess K values of subgrade soil with different loose paving thickness under combination 1 are greater than those of rolling combination 2.Under different combinations,P,K values are the largest when D=40 cm.The rolling combination and the rolling speed have significant influence on P and K under the given loose paving thickness.When the rolling velocity is smaller,P and K are larger,but the difference between P and K in combination 1 is more significant than that in combination 2.
