基于扎根理论的非遗传承人成长的影响因素研究

摘  要:非遗传承人是非物质文化遗产的重要承载者和传递者,是非遗活态传承的核心。通过对黄酒酿制技艺非遗传承人的扎根理论分析,探究非遗传承人成长的影响因素作用机理,进而构建其影响因素模型。该模型包括成就动机、行动能力、环境氛围、发展机会和考核激励5个主范畴以及对应的20个子范畴。其中,成就动机与行动能力是影响非遗传承人成长的内部驱动因素;环境氛围、发展机会和考核激励是影响非遗传承人成长的外部驱动因素。外部驱动因素可直接影响非遗传承人的成长,也可通过内部驱动因素间接影响非遗传承人成长。基于此,非遗传承人成长可以从激发非遗传承人内在成就动机、提升个人行动能力、提供更多成长机会、建立完善激励制度四个方面着力,通过关注其情感需求、培育其工匠精神、挖掘其发展潜力、激发其创新活力来促进其成长。Intangible heritage inheritors are the important bearers and transmitters of intangible cultural heritage,and are the core of the living transmission of intangible cultural heritage.Using the grounded theory,we analyse the intangible heritage inheritors of the yellow wine brewing technique,explore the mechanism of influencing factors on the growth of intangible heritage inheritors,and construct a model of influencing factors.The model consists of 5 main categories and 20 sub-categories:achievement motivation,action ability,environmental atmosphere,development opportunities,and assessment incentives.Among them,achievement motivation and action ability are the internal driving factors affecting the growth of intangible heritage inheritors;environmental atmosphere,development opportunities and assessment incentives are the external driving factors affecting the growth of intangible heritage inheritors.External drivers can directly affect the growth of intangible heritage inheritors and indirectly affect the growth of intangible heritage inheritors through internal drivers.Based on this,the growth of intangible heritage inheritors can focus on four aspects:stimulating intangible heritage inheritors internal achievement motivation,enhancing their personal action ability,providing more growth opportunities,and establishing a perfect incentive system,so as to promote their growth by paying attention to their emotional needs,fostering their spirit of the craftsman,tapping their development potential,and stimulating their innovative vitality.
