现代产业学院的运行困境与破解策略——知识共享与保护的视角

摘　　要：现代产业学院是产教融合、校企合作的组织创新和重要载体,从知识共享与保护的视角剖析,有助于把握现代产业学院运行的底层逻辑,即知识逻辑。其中,知识共享是其运行的必然要求,知识保护是其运行的必备条件,知识共享与知识保护的协调统一是其运行的关键。然而,现代产业学院的实施主体学校和企业之间未能实现有效知识共享与保护,从而导致现代产业学院的运行陷入困境。其具体表征为:产业学院多由校企拼凑而成,校企均有知识“盗猎者”之嫌,知识共享与保护的“自我中心”;究其深层次缘由在于,校企彼此欠缺信任、知识共享与保护缺乏约束、校企信息沟通机制不畅。基于此,学校和企业之间应通过确保彼此信任促使其结成共同体、强化知识共享与保护的治理达成契约关系、促进沟通机制的建立实现其信息对称,进而实现校企之间知识共享与知识保护的协调统一,破解现代产业学院运行困境,促进其良性运行。Modern industrial college is an organizational innovation and an important carrier of integration between industry and education and cooperation between enterprise and colleges,and analysis from the perspective of knowledge sharing and protection helps to grasp the underlying logic of the operation of modern industrial college,namely,the logic of knowledge.Among them,knowledge sharing is the inevitable requirement,knowledge protection is the necessary condition for its operation,and the coordination and unification of knowledge sharing and knowledge protection is the key to its operation.However,the implementation of modern industrial colleges fails to achieve practical knowledge sharing and protection between colleges and enterprises,which leads to the operation of modern industrial colleges being in a difficult situation.The specific characteristics are that colleges and enterprises mostly cobble together industrial colleges,both colleges and enterprises are suspected of being knowledge poachers,and knowledge sharing and protection are self-centered.The deep-rooted reason for this is the lack of trust between colleges and enterprises,the lack of constraints on knowledge sharing and protection,and the poor communication mechanism between colleges and enterprises.Therefore,colleges and enterprises should form a community by ensuring mutual trust,strengthen the governance of knowledge sharing and protection to reach a contractual relationship,and promote the establishment of communication mechanisms to achieve information symmetry,thus realizing the coordination and unification of knowledge sharing and knowledge protection between colleges and enterprises,and solving the operation dilemma of modern industrial college and promoting their benign operation.
