摘 要:高素质“双师型”教师是推进职业教育现代化的关键支撑和动力基础,“双师型”教师培育的治理逻辑、多元意涵和功能表征与产教融合紧密相关。当前,“双师型”教师培育过程中存在角色认识分歧和专业发展认知模糊,评价标准泛化和保障机制不健全,资源供给不足和平台建设乏力等问题。通过明晰行动理念与形塑培育文化,构建省域现代职业教育体系;建立教师专业发展机制和探索分级培育路径,形成市域产教联合体培育体系;加大经费投入和吸引社会力量参与办学,建立行业产教融合共同体培育平台等策略,提高“双师型”教师培育成效。High-quality double-qualified teachers are the key support and driving force behind the modernization of vocational education,which is closely related to the integration between industry and education in the governance logic,the multiple meanings and functional representations.Currently,in the cultivation of double-qualified teachers,there are problems such as differences in role perception,ambiguous perception of professional development,imperfect generalisation of evaluation standards and mechanism guarantee,insufficient supply of resources and lack of platform construction.This study proposes to build a provincial modern vocational education system by clarifying the concept of action and shaping the culture of cultivation;to construct a professional development mechanism of teachers and explore the path of graded cultivation to form a training system of city-level consortiums;to increase the financial investment and attract the participation of social forces in running schools,and to set up a training platform for a joint community of integration between industry and education.
