摘　　要：在新形势下,高校辅导员是思政教育工作的中坚力量,辅导员素养对高校人才培育拥有着举足轻重的作用。明确辅导员胜任力的基本内涵与构成要素,探究辅导员胜任力提升工作所存在的问题,能够帮助我们探索出一个高效的、系统的、科学的提升机制,确保高校辅导员充分发挥自身的功能与作用,推进学生的全面发展,为我国社会主义现代化建设贡献自己的力量。In the new situation,college counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education work,and their literacy plays a crucial role in cultivating talents in universities.Clarifying the basic connotation and constituent elements of counselor competence,exploring the problems in enhancing counselor competence,can help us explore an efficient,systematic,and scientific improvement mechanism,ensure that college counselors fully play their own functions and roles,promote the comprehensive development of students,and contribute to China's socialist modernization construction.
