摘　　要：21世纪高等教育国际化进程不断深入,社会对复合型艺术人才的核心素养提出了新要求。作为人才培养的重地,高职院校应顺应时代发展要求,深刻理解国际化艺术人才的新内涵,准确把握国际化艺术人才核心素养的基本内通及特征指向,深入分析当前高职院校艺术类专业国际化人才核心素养培育的现实困境,紧抓高等艺术教育国际化的发展机遇,充分发挥艺术专业优势,积极创新实践,探求艺术类专业国际化人才核心素养培育的新思路,开创属于高职艺术类专业人才的新纪元。With the deepening of the internationalization of higher education in the 2lst century,the society has put forward new requirements for the core quality of compound art talents.As an important place for talent training,higher vocational colleges should conform to the development requirements of the times,deeply understand the new connotation of international art talents,accurately grasp the basic understanding and characteristic orientation of the core quality of international art talents,deeply analyze the current practical difficulties in the cultivation of the core quality of international talents of art majors in higher vocational colleges,and firmly grasp the development opportunities of the internationalization of higher art education.It is aimed to give full play to the advantages of art majors,actively innovate and practice,explore new ideas for cultivating the core quality of international talents in art majors,and create a new era of art professionals in higher vocational colleges.
