摘  要:混合式教学是将传统课堂教学与在线学习相结合的教学模式,以优化时间、空间和资源,利用技术优势,在多种环境下提高学习效果和教学效率。各大高校整合各方面资源开展了线上线下相结合的混合式教学改革,但在科技不断更新迭代中仍需重视教师发展的问题,尤其是生成式人工智能技术,如ChatGPT、Claude等技术相对成熟并广泛应用的情况下教师发展问题将成为教育发展中的关键所在。本文从教师发展的意义与混合式教学含义出发,重点探讨人工智能技术应用下的混合式教学中教师发展问题的重要性及面临的挑战,最后,通过介绍本校在混合式教学改革中对教师发展的支持策略来思考人工智能技术下如何帮助教师。Blended learning is a teaching mode that combines traditional classroom teaching with online learning to optimize time,space,and resources,and improve learning efficiency and teaching effectiveness in various environments by leveraging technological advantages.Major universities have integrated resources from various fields to carry out blended learning reforms that combine online and offline teaching,but in the constantly evolving technology,teacher development remains an important issue,especially with the application of generative artificial intelligence technologies such as ChatGPT and Claude.Starting by exploring the definition of blended learning and its significance for teacher development,this paper focuses on the importance and challenges of teacher development in blended learning under the application of artificial intelligence technology,and finally reflects on how to assist teachers under the application of artificial intelligence technology by introducing our school's support strategies for teacher development in blended learning reform.
