摘  要:商务礼仪课教学受众广,影响范围大,因此开展商务礼仪课程思政研究具有重要意义。目前商务礼仪课程思政建设取得了较好成效,但也存在一些需要改进的问题,如对其重要性认识不足、育人功效不明显、考核评价方式单一等。从团队建设、教学设计、思政育人效果考核等方面着手,研究如何提高教学团队成员的思想政治素质和执教能力,优化教学设计和考核方法,达到专业理论讲解、技能传授和思政教育的有机融合,真正实现商务礼仪课程的思政育人效果。Business etiquette has a wide audience and a wide range of influence,so it is of great significance to carry out ideological and political education research.At present,there are many problems in the ideological and political construction of the business etiquette course,such as the lack of understanding of its importance,the lack of obvious educational effect and the single way of assessment and evaluation.From the aspects of team building,teaching design and the effect assessment of ideological and political education,this paper studies how to improve the ideological and political quality and teaching ability of the members of the teaching team,and optimize the teaching design and assessment methods,to achieve professional theory,skills and ideological and political education of the organic integration,the real realization of business etiquette ideological and political education effect.
