积极主义教育理念下《基础护理技术》教学改革探索

摘  要:随着人们的健康意识提高,对护理的要求也越来越高,护生作为护理的后备军,现存的专业认同一般、学习倦怠、评判性思维及人文关怀能力不足等问题影响着未来护理服务质量水平。而积极主义教育可以有效缓解这些问题,该理念倡导教师与学生平等沟通,重视挖掘学生潜能,激发其探索精神,协助培养学生自信与自主品质,主张在专业课程中融入生活、情感及道德教育,全面提升学生综合素质,同时有助于课程思政的开展。作者基于积极主义教育理念,从教学目标、教学内容与方法、教学评价3个方面来探讨《基础护理技术》课程的改革,旨在提高教学效果,助力培养满足社会需求的护理人才,为护理教育课程改革提供参考。With the improvement of peoples health awareness,the requirements for nursing are also increasing.As the reserve force of nursing,nursing students are facing problems such as mediocre professional identity,learning fatigue,lack of critical thinking and humanistic care ability,which will affect the quality of nursing services in future.Positive education can alleviate these problems effectively.This concept advocates equal communication between teachers and students,emphasizes the exploration of student potential,stimulates their spirit of exploration,assists in cultivating student confidence and autonomy,advocates the integration of life,emotional and moral education into professional courses,comprehensively improves student comprehensive quality,which is helpful for ideological and political education in the curriculum.Based on the concept of positive education,this article discusses the curriculum reform of Basic Nursing Technology from three aspects:teaching objectives,teaching content and methods,and teaching evaluation.It aims to improve teaching effect,help to cultivate nursing talents who meet social needs and provide reference the curriculum reform of nursing education.
