摘  要:深化职教本科教育建设是新形势下职业教育进行的一次重要改革,在实施过程中面临着一系列亟须解决的问题,而高素质的师资队伍是本科层次职业教育高质量发展的关键因素。基于此,在职教本科视角下,梳理职业院校高素质师资队伍培养的迫切需求,分析职业院校高素质师资队伍培养面临的现实困境,提出本科层次职业教育师资培养路径,以期促进职业院校向职教本科院校顺利转型、快速发展,并为职业院校师资培养工作提供参考。Deepening the construction of vocational education undergraduate education is an important reform of vocational education under the new situation.In the implementation process,it is facing a series of urgent problems that need to be solved,and the high-quality teaching staff is a key factor for the high-quality development of vocational education at the undergraduate level.From the perspective of vocational education undergraduate,this paper combs the urgent needs of the cultivation of high-quality teaching staff in vocational colleges,analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the training of high-quality teachers in vocational colleges,and proposes the training path of vocational education teachers at the undergraduate level,in order to provide the smooth transformation and rapid development of vocational colleges to vocational education undergraduate colleges,and provide reference for the training of teachers in vocational colleges.
