破解“南国农之问”,助力新质教育--教育技术学科到底应如何建设?

摘  要:发展新质教育离不开大量新型学科建设,教育技术学作为教育学门类中的“新学科”,其建设的经验与教训具有一定的典型性和代表性。教育技术学科建设一直未摆脱“领域红红火火,学科停滞不前”的怪圈,对于如何破解这一“南国农之问”,教育技术学界长期未得其解。文章从数智时代新知识观视角,重新审视这一难题,认为其根源是错把教育技术学当作传统学科来建设,但教育技术学并不是真正意义上的学科,而是一种新兴的软学科。软学科是软知识的集合,特点是不稳定、更新迭代快。教育技术学中硬知识少而软知识多,其学术发展也受制于信息技术的更新速度,表现出阶段性的“信息化热”现象。因此,应从软学科特征出发,重新思考教育技术学的理论建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设与人才培养、学科文化建设,探索建立新的价值体系与评价标准。此外,文章认为,教育技术学的不可替代性应表现在学科研究对象和基本研究范式两个方面。学科分化与重组是数智时代的大趋势,未来教育技术学有可能与传统教育学合二为一,诞生出新教育学。教育技术学科按照软学科思路进行建设,将为更多新学科建设提供有价值的经验和范例,从而推动新质教育发展。The development of new-quality education is inseparable from the construction of a large number of new disciplines.As a“new discipline”in the category of pedagogy,educational technology has certain typicality and representativeness in its construction experience and lessons.The construction of educational technology discipline has not got rid of the vicious circle of“the field is prosperous,the discipline is stagnant”.How to crack the“question of Nan Guonong”,has not been solved for a long time in the educational technology circle.From the perspective of new knowledge in the age of digital intelligence,this paper reexamined this problem and believed that the root cause lay in the misperception of the construction of educational technology as a traditional discipline,but educational technology is not yet a fully established discipline in the true sense,rather it was an emerging soft discipline.Soft disciplines are collections of soft knowledge,characterized by instability and rapid iteration.Educational technology,with its preponderance of soft knowledge over hard knowledge,was constrained by the speed of information technology updates,and exhibited the periodic phenomena of“information technology fever”.Therefore,it is necessary to rethink the theoretical construction,curriculum development,teacher team construction,talent cultivation,and discipline culture construction of educational technology based on the characteristics of soft disciplines,and explored to the establish a new value system and evaluation criteria.In addition,it was believed in this paper that the irreplaceability of educational technology should be embodied in the two aspects of discipline research objects and fundamental research paradigms.Disciplinary differentiation and reorganization are significant trends in the era of digital intelligence,and in the future,educational technology has the potential to merge with traditional pedagogy to give birth to a new pedagogy.Constructing the discipline of educational technology accordi
