摘　　要：本文探讨了食品微生物检测过程中的质量管理控制策略,分析了当前食品微生物检测的现状,并提出了针对性的质量控制措施,旨在提高食品微生物检测整体水平,保障食品安全。This article explores the quality management and control strategies in the process of food microbiological testing,analyzes the current situation of food microbiological testing,and proposes targeted quality control measures,aiming to improve the overall level of food microbiological testing and ensure food safety.
