狮头柑皮油成分分析及在卷烟加香中的应用

摘　　要：为开发天然烟用香料,采用压榨法提取了狮头柑皮油,利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱方法鉴定了其主要挥发性成分,并进行了卷烟加香评价。结果表明,狮头柑皮油中含有49种挥发性成分,加入到卷烟中能够显著改善卷烟的品质,增强柑橘果甜香的香韵特征,提高烟气的丰富甜润感,表明狮头柑皮油是可以利用的一种新型烟用香原料。In order to develop natural tobacco flavors,essential oil from Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Manau Gan peel was extracted by pressing method,and its main volatile components were identified by headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method,and cigarette flavoring evaluation was conducted.The results showed that lion head citrus peel oil containsed 49 volatile components,which could significantly improve the quality of cigarettes,enhance the sweet aroma characteristics of citrus fruits,and enhance the rich sweetness of smoke.This indicated that lionhead citrus peel oil is a new type of tobacco fragrance material that could be utilized.
